The yearly techniques of creating 2D animation where Flick book, cel animation, rotoscoping, drawn on film, photographic stills, Flash animationThe difference between 2D and 3D animation are the 2D animation is drawing a flat object and 3D animation you can see the object from all the sides

3D Computer Animation

3D animation, also referred to as CGI, or just CG, is made by generating images using computers. That series of images are the frames of an animated shot. The animation techniques of 3D animation has a lot of similarities with stop-motion animation, as they both deal with animating and posing models and still conforms to the frame-by-frame approach of 2D animation, but it is a lot more controllable since it’s in a digital work-space.

The one thing that you should note about is the Penakisticope is rearguard as one of the first forms of moving image entrainment that has paved the way  of future motion picture for the film and animation indurestys.
Phenakisticope can be compare to gif animation as it has a short duration and it can be played
How does it work
The phenakisticope used a spinning cardboard disk vertically too a handle. Arrayed around the disc center was a series of pictures showing the phases of the animation and cut through. It was a series of equally spaced radial sitis.

Zoetrope.
What is Zoetrope.
Zoeytope is one of the several pre animation devices that produce the illusion of motion displaying a sequence of drawing or photographs showing progressive phases of that motiomImage result for zoetrope gif
How does is made and how does it work
The first thing you do its a medium sheet of paper and draw

This can be very similar to a Phenakiscope because both devices require to spin and both devices need to stick in the middle of the circle
